Valentine's Day Heart Shaped Scrambled Eggs

Heart Shaped Scrambled Eggs

Making heart shaped scrambled eggs is easy, and you can either follow the above picture guide, or another easy way is to take a square pan and cover it with the scrambled eggs in a thin layer to cook. Lay a piece of foil over the eggs to be sure they cook thoroughly. Once cooked, you can use the cookie cutter to cut the square of eggs into heart shapes or whatever shape you like!

Hints

A few notes, if you are filling the cooking cutter with the eggs to cook, be sure to spray the inside of the cutter with vegetable spray, and also, only pour in a thin layer of egg so that they will cook through. And, finally, as you are pouring the eggs into the cutter shape be sure to press down on the cutter so the egg liquid doesn't leak out- hold it for a minute or so until the eggs set up.

This is really insightful. I especially like the heart shape tomato, because, it's a healthy alternative to cookies.
